Joseph A. Arangio, M.S., C.S.C.S.
Joseph is the founder and director of PEAK Strength & Conditioning. He was born in Philadelphia and raised in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School and Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. Joseph earned his Master of Science degree in biology with a focus in exercise physiology from East Stroudsburg University.
"From an early age, I learned that exercise is only one piece of the puzzle. Portion-controlled eating habits, adequate sleep, and stress management are just as important as regular exercise," says Arangio. Joseph is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. An avid researcher and writer, his strength and conditioning articles have been featured in numerous health and fitness publications worldwide.
Ross Hoffman, Personal Trainer
Ross is a PEAK Personal, Strength and Conditioning Trainer and a valued member of the PEAK Team. He is educated in the sciences of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, which are essential for successful and reliable results. Ross uses scientifically proven PEAK Online Personal Training techniques as a way to strengthen the body. Ross practices what he teaches. Ross is affable with a positive attitude and is available for your personal training needs.
Kelly Stratton, B.S.
Kelly Stratton received her Bachelor of Science in English and Professional Writing from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and Kelly is a member of Sigma Tau Delta, national English majors honorary. Kelly has served as Director of Public Relations for Special Olympics. She has a Who’s Who writing portfolio including Rodale Press, QVC Inc, Lehigh Valley Style Magazine and Columbia University Press, New York, NY. Kelly is PEAK Strength & Conditioning’s editor, marketing and PR administrator.
George A. Arangio, MD, AAOS
Dr. Arangio is a board certified orthopedic surgeon with 30 years of experience treating sports related problems. He graduated from Weill-Cornell Medical College and received his orthopedic training at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Arangio is Clinical Professor, Penn State M.S. Hershey Medical College and an adjunct Professor of Biology at Lehigh University. He is the author of many publications in peer review journals and is an invited lecturer in the USA and in Europe. Dr. Arangio is the orthopedic consultant for PEAK Strength & Conditioning Online Personal Trainer.
