
I want to enroll in your Online Personal Trainer. How do I get started?
Simply download and fill out the PEAK Online Personal Training Service Registration Form. Upon receipt of the enrollment form and fees, we will contact you to schedule the PEAK Evaluation and Orientation Interview.
How do you create workouts to meet my individual needs?
Your introduction into PEAK’s Online Personal Training Service begins with a comprehensive telephone/online evaluation. During this session we will gather exercise and medical information, as well as generate the first of many cutting-edge workouts to help you achieve your fitness goals.
What type of exercise will I perform?
PEAK workouts consist of cardiovascular exercise to train the heart and lungs; resistance training (a.k.a. strength training) to melt unwanted body fat, shape and tone problem areas, and drop excess pounds safely—and for good; core training (abs and low back) to build a flat, firm abdomen; and flexibility activity to prevent injury.
How long will it take to see results?
Individuals who complete the recommended workouts and follow a portion-controlled nutrition program can expect to see results in as little as 12 weeks.
When can I exercise?
PEAK workouts can be completed, at your convenience, at a health club or in your home gym. For our Allentown, PA. members ask your Personal Trainer at our Tilghman Street Club.

How do I know if the program is working?
Our professionals will oversee your progress throughout the training cycle. In addition, we will formally reassess your progress two times each calendar year.
